Participation will require that you create a “member account” by registering with Casino33.com, correctly completing the registration details and offering valid full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address,
gender, date of birth and telephone number.

You will promptly notify us of any changes to the details provided by you when you registered. You may be requested to provide us with certain documents to verify the details of the information submitted, such as for proof of age, address verification and banking information.

Should any of the information that you provided be untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, you will be in breach
of contract and we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.

∗ New Accounts Definition:

A new member account is defined as an account from a person ⁄ computer ⁄ address ⁄ e-mail address ⁄ credit card number ⁄ IP address ⁄ MAC address, including in environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc) that has never, at any stage, opened or been associated with an account at Casino33.com before.

∗Minimum Age to Participate:

Many jurisdictions have specific laws regarding the minimum age to play Casino games. In keeping with our social responsibility guidelines to prevent underage casino play, our minimum age is 18 years old to register and play at Casino33.com. You must however abide by the laws of your country, state, or region.

Any person considered to be legally of age that plays in our casino will be infringing on these terms. using one of the aforementioned mechanisms will have their accounts terminated without notice.

∗Groups of Players:

Members that get together to play one or different games to gain advantage over our games and promotions are NOT welcome in the site.

Accounts we deem to be linked or otherwise related will be closed, original deposits will be refunded and winnings will be voided.

∗Robots and Electronic Devices:

If you are found cheating or if it is determined that you have used a robot, system or machine, be it an additional computer, additional software or other way to circumvent the natural randomness of our systems and ⁄ or collected data to or from the gaming server during real money play, Casino33.com reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel your account, and take any and all other appropriate actions.

∗ “Play for Money” and “Play for Fun”

No purchase is necessary to play.

You can decide to play in “Play for Money”, where you will need to fund your account using any of the available deposit options, but you can also decide to “Play for Fun” any time without the need of providing credit card, ewallet or other financial instrument details.

You acknowledge that when you are in “Play for Money” you have to provide us with details regarding your deposit. This may include credit card numbers, expiration date and other data. We will not disclose such information to third parties as we state in our Privacy Policy.

“Play for Money” and “Play for Fun” both use the same Random Number Generator (RNG) system that determines the outcome of the games. This means the FUN mode is set with exact same parameters than the REAL mode.

You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when you “Play for Money” and you are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that your use of the casino is at your sole option, discretion and risk. ∗Other Considerations:

In addition, Casino33.com reserves the right, in its total discretion, to cancel membership, decline withdrawals
and void winnings under any of the following circumstances:

  • 1.If the name on your Casino33.com account does not match the name on the credit card(s), ewallet or financial
    instrument used to deposit or withdraw.
  • 2.If you are found to be using a stolen credit card or committing credit card fraud of any kind that would be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution. Any casino winnings resulting from the illicit use of such credit cards will automatically be forfeit.
  • 3.If you provide false and or misleading information to open your Casino33.com account or when registration information is
    discovered to be incorrect or misleading.
  • 4.If the source of funds used by you are illegally gained, including but not limited to money laundering.
  • 5.If you have reversed or charged back any of your purchases on your Casino33.com account or other casino or online gaming sites.
  • 6.If you have allowed or permitted (purposely or not) another party to play on your Casino33.com account.
  • 7.If you take advantage of a glitch, bug or error in any of our games.
  • 8.If you break any of the rules stated in any of our promotional offers and games.
  • 9.If you do not log onto your account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.
  • 10.If for any reason Casino33.com does not receive payment or if there is an applicable charge back at a later date.
  • 11.If you are an employee, former employee, relatives of an employee or a former employee or an affiliate for our site.
  • 12.You are responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game variations as it is recorded in Casino33.com’s database, and that recorded by the player, the calls recorded in the Casino33.com
    game server shall be considered valid.

∗ General Withdrawal Rules:

All withdrawals will be subject to an audit before being processed.

Prior to authorizing any payment (withdrawal), you must provide us with the following paperwork: Faxback Form, clearly filled out, legible copy of a valid ID, legible copy of credit card(s) used front and back, copy of utility bill to verify your address. Depending on each case we may request additional documents.

Casino33.com reserves the right to request documentation (stated above) at any given time when:

  • You use a new credit card(s)
  • You change your profile information
  • You use a deposit/withdrawal option which information doesn’t match your account records.
  • The Casino at its sole discretion may request documents again if they consider it necessary.

We may terminate any account that does not satisfactorily complete and/or return the require documents within 4 weeks
or if we found that you have submitted fraudulent documentation/misleading information, your account will be locked and all winnings
and ⁄ or cash–in will be voided.

We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until we receive all the required documentation.

You are required to wager your deposit a minimum of 1 time before any withdrawal is processed. If you have used a bonus code with a specific playthrough requirement then you won´t be able to withdraw until you have fulfilled the specified wagering requirements.

∗Withdrawal Balance:

Members can request a withdrawal from their withdrawable balance only.

∗Withdrawal Dollar Limits:

Minimum withdrawal transaction is $50.00.

Maximum withdrawal transaction is $2,500.00 per week, $10,000.00 per month.

This means that the total maximum amount you can receive every 7 days is $2,500.00. Amounts higher than that will be paid in installments of $2,500.00 in a weekly basis but cannot exceed $10,000.00 in a single 30 day period.

∗Withdrawal Rule for Visa and MasterCard Holders:

Please note that due to Visa and MasterCard regulations, we´re unable to credit back winnings to your credit card.

Every Jackpot win is subject to an audit by the software provider. It will take a few days for the credit to show up in your account.
In case of small jackpots they will show up immediately although your account will be subject to an audit too.

♠ Bonuses and Promotions

You are NOT obligated to use Coupon Codes to play our games or to earn certain benefits.
By redeeming a coupon code you acknowledge that you have complete understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of
the bonus you have redeemed. This same rule applies to any manual bonus (manager bonus, birthday bonus, cash back bonus etc)
that you may receive.

NOTE:Each Bonus and Promotion has its own rules so we advise you to please read the specific terms and
conditions BEFORE you decide to play.

Bonuses pertaining to new accounts (welcome bonuses) are bonuses on your first, second and third deposits made in to
your Casino33.com account.

Bonus money cannot be used, played or transferred to Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pontoon or Sic-Bo. Any illegal play will void winnings. Other games can be restricted depending on the promotion ⁄ bonus.

Any abuse of the bonuses will result in the winnings and bonuses being voided and accounts will be refunded and closed.

Bonus codes and other type of bonuses and promotions CANNOT be combined at any stage.

Maximum withdrawal when using a bonus (coupon codes or any other type of bonuses) is 10 times the deposit amount unless we state otherwise in rules for specific promotion.

Bonus codes will be credited on deposits only. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.

Bonus funds and the respective deposit are credited to your Bonus balance. Once the rollover requirement is met,
the balance will automatically be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

Bonuses are non transferable between different Casino33.com accounts.

Players may not place individual bets greater than 20% of the current balance until the rollover requirements have been met or if the bonus plus deposit balance is below $50.00. An ‘individual bet’ is defined as the bet committed at the start of a hand or spin. Any doubles, splits, raises, side progressive bets, etc. are not considered as part of the individual bet. For slots, the total wagered between all lines on any one spin is considered the ‘individual bet’. Any winnings derived from bets placed above the 20% limit highlighted above will be removed from the account at the time of cashing out. All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal or termination at any time, at the sole discretion of Casino33.com. However the site has the policy of not terminating a promotion that includes a bonus without explaining to its members and honoring the bonuses to members that had taken advantage of it prior to our decision of cancelling the offer.

Bonus funds remaining in an account that is unused for 30 days will be removed from the account.
